Tracks: 01 - Not Feeling It (2.27MB) 02 - Always Holding Back (2.69MB) 03 - We Both Like Cats (3.31MB) 04 - Let's Start Over (4.89MB) 05 - You Don't Listen (3.72MB) 06 - Northwestern Girls (3.40MB) 07 - The End Of A Friend (1.70MB) 08 - Distress Signal (3.86MB) 09 - Lies Won't Save Us (2.86MB) 10 - Something In The Way (2.56MB) Started from a jam between me and Gabi, recorded with xylophones and guitars an old casio keyboard, I pulled apart samples from those tracks and turned them into something very different. It veers from dance to slow ambient music (often segueing between tracks), and including a couple of covers. Credits: Track 6 written by Say Hi. Track 10 Written by Nirvana. Many thanks to Gabi for providing instruments, inspiration, and for playing on tracks 1, 2, and 4. |

Tracks: 01 - Holiday At Disneyworld (2.77MB) 02 - Party Like It's The Apocalypse (2.84MB) 03 - If You're Happy You're Lying (4.98MB) 04 - Any More Questions? (2.24MB) 05 - Escape To England (2.11MB) 06 - Man With Paper Hands (3.10MB) 07 - Cold Calling (2.38MB) 08 - Ashes To Ashes (1.51MB) 09 - Every Day Is A Good Day To Die (3.56MB) 10 - No Hope (1.81MB) What if you had hands made of paper? Huge unwieldy ones that felt little and fell apart easily.. I built some just to see what its like. It made it really hard to pick things up, and impossible to type. They were black and were covered in intricate designs. I held them up, shaking, as I tried to sing. I couldn't move. The lights got in my eyes and I saw no faces, only silhouettes. Some of these tracks were resurrected from old abandoned songs I started years ago... the rest is new material. |

Tracks: 01 - A Danger To Himself (3.12MB) 02 - Don't Forget (2.30MB) 03 - Monsters In Your Bed Again (2.98MB) 04 - Life In Cardboard Boxes (4.59MB) 05 - Sailing (4.52MB) 06 - The Notebook (4.51MB) 07 - Z (7.34MB) These are strange days. Alone and wanting to be. In a way I hate and love everything. I achieve nothing. I left home with a bible and a gun. Tried to fix a guys broken down BMW. I didn't ask what he was doing there, alone in a dark carpark. I stopped for a moment under a tree with the streetlamp lighting the path in patterns mottled by leaves. It was beautiful. Angela said my paintings have a strong feminine side. I talk to people on myspace and email americans. I miss them a lot. (scribbled picture of a skull with crossed out eyes) Life can really suck. But at least there is beauty in it, if you look hard enough. And I don't mean girls. Thanks: Helle (You'll never come here), Angie (You are my angel), Jay (You'll never hear it). Special thanks to Michael Travis for remixing The Notebook. |

A
bunch of other songs from old albums... I Don't Want To Die The Letter A (Live) I Don't Know Why Sad Record A Note High Alone In Love One Day At A Time Broken Machine Delivery For A Cold Day Going The Other Way Falsity Jean Grey Natalie Portman Seashells Moron Says What? - Wikipedia (Sunflower Blue Mix) Resolutions strangely didn't come to mind on a horrible sleepless new years eve. Tears formed patches on the hard floor, the pain in my head not matching the numbness in my arms each time I woke. I could hear heavy breathing and the sounds of friends around me in the darkness, friends who didn't notice my red rimmed eyes in the morning. I fell into quiet memories and no one offered comfort, but their presence kept my feelings under guard. |
